Christmas Tags

Hello there, Michelle here and today I have a project to share with you using the new Santa's Door Accessories Stamp Set and Frame Cuts that were released as an add-on to the October My Monthly Hero kit. The set works really well with the Paper Layering Wooden Door but I wanted to use the set on it's own, so I created some tags that I can add to presents at Christmas.

I started off by cutting two tags using the Tag Infinity Dies and white cardstock. I stamped the wreath from the set using Intense Black Ink and then coloured them with Copic Markers. I then added a layer of Crystal Glaze to the berries and set aside to dry. On a separate piece of cardstock, I stamped the bow and again coloured this with Copic Markers, adding some glitter pens dots and white highlights with a gel pen. The bows were then cut out using the coordinating die.

I took the 'Merry Christmas' sentiment from the Off-Beat Holiday Messages set and stamped this on to the bottom of the tags with Intense Black Ink. I then adhered the bow on to the tags with foam tape. To finish off, I added twine to the top.

Thanks so much for popping by today! I hope you have a lovely day!

Beautiful tags. Reminds me I will need those soon.

Jean G.,

Thanks for the great idea! Love the tags!

Michelle H,

Beautiful tags, love that you let the background white. The wreath and bow are popping in this way. Thanks for sharing.
