Peek-a-Boo Thank You

Hi everyone! Ilina here. Today I am sharing a fun card using the Presents Background and the Peek-a-Boo Doors Fancy Die.

Now that Christmas is over we may all have to send some thank you cards, also it can be used for birthdays, weddings, etc. Just change the colors of the presents and you can get different look. I went with more cheery and bright colors, but if you want a classic Christmas look you can use red and green, or for a more elegant look you can emboss in gold or silver and color in soft colors like blush pink, light blue, etc and add a lot of shimmer using the White Iridescent Shimmer Spray.

To make the card start by stamping the background using Intens-ified Black ink onto Dove White cardstock. Use Reactive Inks in the following colors to color the background (Pool Party, Taffy, Creamsicle and Key Lime Fizz). Once done, die cut it using the Peek-a-Boo Doors Fancy Die.

Set aside. Using the die as a guide, stamp messages from the Mini Messages set onto a Dove White top folding white note card. Adhere the background.

Stamp a sentiment from the Color Layering Village set onto Pitch Black cardstock using Clear Embossing and Watermark ink and emboss in white. Cut to size. Adhere using foam tape.

Add some black enamel dots from the Neutrals Enamel Dots pack to finish off the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you have a wonderful day!

Love it! I never use the little dots but think I’ll try them! Thanks for such beautiful cards!

Dara Davis,

Thank-you for this gorgeous card! I always enjoy your colors and your skill at putting things together!

Anne hudgens,

Love the idea. I think I’ll try it and put a few custom stickers in the doors too. I found planner puff stickers that fit perfectly and if someone likes cats I add a few kittens. Enjoy too.r new year.

Victoria,

I have this stamp and die and will make it using the paler colors. It makes a nice birthday card also.
