Shipping Update

Hero Arts remains closed due to the shelter-in-place order. We have only limited capabilities at this time. Only the owners, Aaron and Laura, with their son Ethan, are able to ship orders. The rest of the Hero team is doing a wonderful job remotely, but sadly that doesn't help with shipping orders. We are so appreciative that so many have continued to order despite knowing we have long delays. Thank you for your patience, support, and kind wishes. It means the world to us, and we send love and appreciation your way.

With limited ability to ship, we are estimating 3-4 week shipping delay for any order placed. We are doing our best and we are so sorry for the long shipping times. Of course, if it is too long to wait you are welcome to cancel your order at any time and we will happily provide a full refund. Email info@heroarts.com with any questions.

For our April MMH Kit, we started shipping last week as planned and anticipate it will take two full weeks to complete shipping.

For International customers, given COVID-19 shipping restrictions and delays, we have only now solved problems that prevented us from shipping previously. We will combine any unshipped March Kits with April or future orders, per your request. Of course, if it is too long to wait you are welcome to cancel your order at any time and we will happily provide a full refund. Email info@heroarts.com with any questions.

For May MMH Kits, we hope to start shipping in mid-May

Thank you!

Thank you for keeping us up to date! It’s going to take a while for 3 people to send all those kits out. Make sure you take time to stretch and rest your muscles. We appreciate you.

Priscilla Bade,

Thank you for taking care of us, your subscribers, and your staff. I can wait for my kits…in the mean time it let’s me craft with some of my older kits
Please stay safe and take care of yourselves. We will get through this and be stronger for it.God Bless!

Marilyn,

Being a loyal mmh subscriber, I for one am happy to wait. Saving lives and staying healthy are priorities! Please stay well and don’t overwork trying to fulfil everyone’s orders! America is in a terrible state and the whole world needs to pull together. Prayers from Australia.

Hello, cardmaking friends! It’s Mona Tóth here, and I’m so happy to be back on the Spellbinders blog. Today, I’m sharing a Christmas step-by-step card tutorial featuring the Polar Friends Stamp and Die Set by Simon Hurley. This card was inspired by the Christmas advertisements I remember seeing on television when I was a child in the 1990s. They often featured polar bears surrounded by...
