Bible Journaling Inspiration | Watercolor Cards with Yoonsun

Hello crafty friends! Yoonsun here with you again! Today I will be sharing with you a couple of my watercolor cards with some Joanne Fink Bible Journaling collection products - I love every single stamp set from this collection so much!

For my first card, I used the Singing Bird stamp set as my main supply. I die cut the Tallulah Frill Layering Frame from watercolor paper using the Platinum 6 Die Cutting and Embossing Machine first. I then stamped the image from the Singing Bird set onto lace frame using black pigment ink.

I colored the stamped image and the background with watercolors, and then inked the edges with beige color. I stamped signboard & sentiments on a separate watercolor paper in black, colored the signboard with brown watercolor, and then fussy cut them out. I mounted the watercolored panel on top-folded white card base using foam tape first, and then added the sentiments on it using foam tape. I decorated the top of the card with satin ribbon.

For my second card, I made a simple watercolor card with the Butterfly & This is The Day stamp sets. I stamped the sentiment from the This is The Day set on the bottom right corner of the watercolor paper panel in black first. I then stamped butterflies from the Butterfly set above the sentiment, loosely colored them with watercolors.

I die cut small flowers from white card stock using the So Tweet die set. Once the panel was completely dry, I mounted the watercolored panel on white card base using double-sided tape first, and then added the flowers between butterflies using foam tape.
