Hi Crafters! Celes Gonzalo, also known as GuiadeManualidades, is here to share new, lovely, and fun ideas for Easter. Spring is here, and I couldn’t love it more! Flowers, color, butterflies, and fresh air… Today I’m inviting you to create with the Spring Felt Stitch & Create collection by Nichol Spohr - but in a different way! We’re setting felt aside for a bit and bringing these beautiful designs to life with paper! Yes, paper! You’ll see how easy and stunning it turns out.
Are you ready? Let’s get started!
BUNNY MILK CARTON BOXES
For this first idea, let’s create some milk carton boxes featuring the sweetest, cutest bunnies from this collection! We’re giving the design a little twist—this time, we’ll skip the stitching and work entirely with paper. Everything is built in layers, adding dimension and charm (yay for dimension and texture!). It’s a beautiful detail you can bring into all your Easter and springtime décor. Let’s make it extra special!
For the milk carton box, you’ll need one piece of paper measuring 10 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" tall. Score along the width at: 2 1/2" – 5" – 7 1/2" – 10”. Score along the height at: 2 1/2" – 8 1/2" – 9”. First, score and fold along the pink and mint lines. Then, cut along the blue lines. You’re all set to start folding and assembling your sweet little carton.
MILK CARTON BOX TEMPLATE
Once the box is assembled, you can add the grass border and the scalloped edge.
Finally, attach each bunny with its carrot.
Add the tag with the phrase using a colored twine and a mini clothespin. Don’t forget to fill the box with all the sweets before closing it!.
Tip: Remember to layer everything and use 3D foam for extra dimension.
Tip: I used 1mm 3d foam to add the gold border onto the grass border.
Tip: Use textured cardstock to prepare the milk carton box - it will add that extra special touch to your project!
Tip: The colors of paper I used are Tutu, Coral, Beeswax, Mint, Dahlia, Classic White, and Pearl Metallic Gold from Gold Assortment Treasured
EASTER CLUCK BASKET
For the second option, we’ll make simple, easy, and super versatile baskets that you can style any way you like. I won’t be adding a handle, since the idea is to place them along the table filled with sweets, surprises, messages, etc.—and to let everything inside truly shine. For this design, we’ll use a fun and adorable little cluck. Isn’t she the sweetest?
For the basket, you’ll need two pieces of paper measuring 10 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" tall. (If you're using 12x12 inch paper, these are the measurements to follow. If you use larger cardstock, you can adjust the dimensions accordingly). Score along the width at: 5" – 10". Score along the height at: 5”. First, score and fold along the pink and mint lines. Then, cut along the blue lines.

Once the box is assembled, you can add the grass border, the scalloped edge, and any other detail that you like.
Finally, attach the cluck with its carrot and the phrase.
