Sending You Loads of Love with Handmade Cards

Most of us don't get too excited about laundry. The pile on the bathroom floor. The basket-full that needs to be folded. The mystery of the ONE missing sock. Can you relate? But crafting up some laundry? I think we can all get behind that one. Send loads of love to your girlfriend who's knee-deep in cloth diapers and desperately needs encouragement. Or maybe a thank you note to your mom for all the loads of your laundry she did as you were growing up.

Today, let's take a look at three sweet cards featuring the Loads of Love Stamps and coordinating die set, from the Easy Breezy collection.

FSJ's Natural Journey Thread and Twine, plus our Mini Wooden Clothespins are perfect companions to this stamp set, as you'll see in these cards. Wondering the difference between our thread and twine? The twine is a bit stiffer, great for the times you want your bow to keep it's shape and be a bit more structured. The thread is a little softer and looser. Both are perfect for cardmaking, tags, wrapping boxes and more.

The Yummy Dots embossing folder is the perfect bubbly background for the next card. We embossed it on Chambray Shirt cardstock, and then we gently sponged some Whip Cream ink over the texture to highlight the bubbles and add a softer soapy look. The die cut circles echo the same bubbly feel to pull this card together. Isn't that a sweet way to encourage a friend to hang in there?
