Wings of Love Inspiration | Simple Cards with Elena

Hello everybody! This is Elena Salo, I’m back and want to share with you another project where I used dies from the new collection On The Wings Of Love. I played with Borders set of dies and created some intricate and funny backgrounds for the cards.

First, I made A2 top folding card base and covered the front panel with double sided adhesive. Then I die cut the same die several times using another shade of purple paper every time I adhered the light purple frames onto the card base and after that I combined all details of different colors together.

I die cut “Thank You” sentiment from Phrase Set Two three times, adhered all pieces together and placed it on the card. I also added several liquid glue dots near the sentiment.

Here is another card where I used one more die from the same Borders set and created background in similar technique.

Here I added the sentiment from the Words set.

Other Supplies:

White Cardstock; Purple Colored Paper; Double Sided Adhesive; Ranger Glossy Accent; Sacura White Gel Pen, Tonic Caribbean Ocean Gloss Nuvo Cristal Drops. I think there are a lot of dies in On The Wings Of Love collection which you can use to create the similar backgrounds. I really enjoyed this technique. Hope someday you’ll also try the same. Thank you all for stopping by! See you soon!
