"I'm sure this review will be deleted just as my last one was. This review has to do with customer service. I cancelled my subscription last month. I did go in right after I cancelled and it did show that I had no subscriptions. Today, I decided just to be sure to check again and guess what it showed that it was active. If I had not checked again, I would be charged once again for a kit I do not want. They finally sent an email saying it is cancelled. I am keeping this email to make sure they don't try this again. I will say their kits are nice, but this whole thing has been very frustrating and not worth the hassle. There are too many other companies out there that value their customers."
