Today I've created two cards using a multi-colored inking technique with two new Bold Prints background cling stamps.
The first card uses the fun and bold Sunburst Flowers Bold Prints cling stamp. I inked the image using Thistle and Purple Galaxy Reactive Inks and stamped the image on white cardstock. Then I used those same two colors to lightly ink blend over the top, creating a beautiful tone-on-tone gradient background.
The message was diecut using the sentiment dies in the Hooray Birthday Cover Plate . You can use the negative or positive pieces of these messages making them versatile for many styles of celebration-themed cards!
Next up, I used the Bubble Celebration Bold Prints cling stamp along with Pool Party , Splash , and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks to create a multi-colored background. I love the delicate lines of this background stamp!
I decided to roll with the circles theme and use some of the cute little images in the Your Day Messages stamp set to create a cluster of messages and icons. I white heat embossed them on Paradise and Peacock cardstock, which are perfect match to the stamped background.
