Bicycle Love

Oh happy day! The Bicycle with Basket Fancy Die is back in stock and I couldn’t wait to use it!

I gathered some of Hero's fabulous new cardstock in Peony, Azalea and Papaya as well as Pitch Black and Dove White, and a new message set - Sending Smiles - and went to town... in this case the town was Austin! I die cut the bike from Papaya, and a tiny Azalea heart with the Nesting Hearts Infinity Dies. The sign post and bike flag were free hand cut. I added the "miss you" message from Sending Smiles, then spelled out "Austin" using the Printer's Type Uppercase Alphabet. I also cut Azalea and Peony strips, and stamped the "thinking of you" message from Sending Smiles repeatedly. Assemble all the pieces on a white card. Glue the “flag” to a thin wire and attach to bike. Add gems. Voila!

Thanks for stopping by!

It can be something as simple as a pocket or something more intricate like a waterfall mechanism or flips. Today, we are going to focus on one of those simple techniques - a pocket!  It’s the perfect technique to dip your toes into the interactive...
