In order to fight the growing spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the San Francisco Bay Area has mandated the immediate closure of all non-essential businesses, including Hero Arts. This means all of our employees will be sent home and we will not return until April 7 (as of now).
We are sad that we won't be able to provide you, our most prized customers and friends with stamping supplies, but we understand this is a necessary step for the good of the community.
We will still be online and available as follows:
• Our website (both stampers and retailers) will continue to take orders, although we will not start shipping again until April 7 at the earliest.
• We will continue to offer blogs, social media, card ideas, and projects online to help us and stampers the world over pass the time at home.
• We will continue to monitor our phones and email as often as possible, although our response times will be slower than usual, and thus we apologize in advance for any delays.
We are sending out our most loving and heartfelt thoughts to you and your family. Stay safe and stay healthy.

I just recieved my last order here in the UK and as we are now in lockdown I will be able to play. Sending many good wishes to all on the Hero Arts community where-ever they are in the world – stay safe
Appreciate your company so much. Paper art is the perfect way to utilize enforced time at home (although as a nurse, i am still going to work every day)
The March Kit arrived end of last week so thank you so much for getting that out. the UK has just gone to the next stage of lockdown so not allowed out unless for essential supplies, so now I will have no excuse for not to entering the Stay Crafty Challenge! Keep safe everyone and thank you for everything you are doing.

I’m sorry that you have to do this but better safe than sorry. I’m thinking quite a few cities/states will be doing the same in short order.
I signed up a few months back and am totally in love with your MMH kits and stamps. Looking forward to your return!
