The first person I thought of when I saw this post was my mom! She is an 84 year-old librarian who absolutely loves books and sharing them with children. Recently, she has started a weekly book reading for families at a library where she volunteers. Mom spends hours making bookmarks for the kids to take and use. This kit will be perfect for me to use to make bookmarks for her to give away. What a treat!

I’m excited to see that reading seems to be the focus of this months kit. My mom always told me “you will never be alone, as long as you have a book,” and that a book could take you to places you could you could only imagine. I’m anxious for the arrival of this kit.
