Wow, what a weekend! We've shared a ton of inspiration for sharing kindness and saying thank you with our May My Monthly Hero kit! We are so excited for the launch tomorrow, May 2 at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific! We hope you'll join us then. But first, one more blog post, again from our fabulous Creative Team member Yana!
Thank You cards are among my favorites to make. A simple Thank You can easily brighten someone's day and put a big smile on their face.
Hero Arts My Monthly Hero May Kit is perfect for easily saying thank you on paper. The stamp set included in the kit features a lot of different and quite unique sentiments to go with the "Thank You" or just "You". The one that really caught my eye was this one - "are a great asset to our community".
I started working on this card by stamping the hero_product_link sku="CG686" text="Glasses Bold Print"] background (available in our store on May 11 with our 2016 Summer Catalog release!) in hero_product_link sku="AF213" text="Wet Cement ink"] onto light gray card base. Next I heat embossed a Thank You message in hero_product_link sku="PW110" text="white embossing powder"] onto a green circle die cut and also heat embossed additional sentiment onto dark gray card.
I finished my project by adhering a few sequins and clear drops around the sentiments to form a visual triangle.
