Market Fresh Thank You Card

Hi everyone! Ilina here! Have you had a chance to check out this month's My Monthly Hero kit and add-ons? They are so much fun! Today I am sharing a card I made using a couple of the new add-on products. I used the Keep it Fresh stamp set and coordinating dies and added elements from the Produce Labels Stamp & Cut XL set and made the grocery bag using the new Grocery Bag Fancy Die.

To make the card start by stamping the produce from the Keep it Fresh stamp set on watercolor paper. While the ink is still wet add Ultra Fine Embossing Powder and heat set it. Watercolor the images and die cut using the coordinating dies. Set aside.

Next, on piece of Sand cardstock, large enough to cut the grocery bag from, stamp the frame from the Produce Labels Stamp & Cut XL set (this frame fits perfectly on the grocery bag.) Emboss using White Embossing Powder. Die cut the grocery bag. Stamp "Farmers Market" on the bag and emboss in white. Next stamp the burst image using Embossing and Watermark Clear Ink. Assemble the bag and set aside. Stamp "Thank You" on Pitch Black cardstock and emboss in white. Cut to a strip. Now you have all the elements and you can start assembling your card.

On a piece of Deluxe Smooth White cardstock measuring 4" x 5 1/4" adhere the grocery bag using foam tape or any other dimensional adhesive (you can skip the foam tape if you would like more flat card). Arrange all the produce and adhere. Add the sentiment and few black enamel dots from the Neutral Enamel Dots pack. Adhere the panel to a top folded Sand card base that you have made using a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of Sand cardstock scored at 5 1/2". You are done!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you have an amazing day!

Hello, cardmaking friends! It’s Mona Tóth here, and I’m so happy to be back on the Spellbinders blog. Today, I’m sharing a Christmas step-by-step card tutorial featuring the Polar Friends Stamp and Die Set by Simon Hurley. This card was inspired by the Christmas advertisements I remember seeing on television when I was a child in the 1990s. They often featured polar bears surrounded by...
