Repeated Sentiment Stamping

Hello! Today I have two cards to share that feature repeated sentiment stamping. When you have a gorgeous sentiment why not take advantage and really make it the star of your card! This first card was featured in the 2016 Catalog and uses the Handwritten Thank You stamp. It really doesn't get much more simple than this -- all you really need are some gorgeous inks and great sentiment!

Thank You by Kelly Rasmussen for Hero Arts

I started with lining up the first "thank you" at the bottom of my panel and then worked my way up. And since this is a wood mount stamp, I used a stamp positioning tool to make sure each message was straight. I trimmed down the panel so it was the width of the sentiment and then added some polka dot washi tape and a thin strip of black cardstock to finish off the card.

I was inspired by this thank you card to create my next card using the hero_product_link sku="DC175"] from the Valentine's release. I started out by die cutting the word "love" from a 3.75" x 5.5" panel of Snow Layering Paper. Then I adhered this panel to a Blush Folded Card, leaving a .5" border on the folded side. Next, adhere the small pieces that make up the insides of the letters "l", "o" and "e".

Love You by Kelly Rasmussen for Hero Arts

Now did some repeated stamping with the word "you" using Fresh Peach, Pale Tomato, Bubble Gum and Ultra Pink Mid-Tone Shadow Inks. I thought a touch of gold would really look great with the red, so I added a some hearts and a thin strip of gold glitter paper. Those tiny hearts are from the hero_product_link sku="DI137"] and make perfect little embellishments!

To finish off the card I filled the word "love" with Glossy Accents. And since the word is already inset, it makes it easy to stay in the lines. Also, I wanted to mention that the Handwritten Thank You stamp along with all of the other 2016 Catalog products will be available in the Hero Arts Online Store on February 8th! Thanks for stopping by today!
