A Toucan of Appreciation

Hi everyone! Ilina here! Today I am sharing fun card using few new products that were released on Monday along with the fabulous June kit. I used the Jungle Frame Fancy Die, along with the Leafy Bold Prints stamp and Hello Toucan stamp set and coordinating Frame Cuts.

To make the card start by stamping the image on Dove White cardstock with Intense Black ink, coloring with alcohol markers and die cutting them. Set aside.

Die cut the frame from Pesto cardstock. Set it aside. Cut a piece of Arctic cardstock measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and ink blend on one side (bottom towards middle) with Pool Party Reactive ink. Stamp Leafy Bold Prints using the new Watermark and Embossing ink.

Stamp sentiment onto Pitch Black cardstock using Watermark and Embossing ink and emboss in white, cut to size. Adhere the sentiment strip to the background. Adhere the frame on top. Adhere the birds.

To finish the card add the entire panel onto a top folding Dove White card.

Thank you for stopping by and hope you have a creative day!

It can be something as simple as a pocket or something more intricate like a waterfall mechanism or flips. Today, we are going to focus on one of those simple techniques - a pocket!  It’s the perfect technique to dip your toes into the interactive...
