Catch step by step instructions for this project below. Click photos to enlarge:
- Assemble front of typewriter as shown, or as desired. For the back piece of the card, attach Platen Roller so it lines up with the front piece. Option: Decorate the back typewriter like the front.
- There are 3 sets of tabs on the paper die that will allow different heights in the typewriter (A-Top, B-Middle, C-Bottom). Cut 2 blank pages and 2 pages with each of the sentiments. Back the sentiments with desired color cardstock to "color in" the letters. Note the tabs to be used for each paper layer, starting from front to back. Cut the tabs not being used and then insert in slits on Vignette Side Pieces as shown in second row. Page Options: Personalize the pages with hand written, stamped or die cut sentiments or images.
- Attach papers and side pieces to the front and back of the typewriters to create your 3D Vignette. It can be laid flat for mailing (padded envelope recommended).

Beautiful die – so intricate!
Hey Frederica, the words matter were made from a die cut alphabet in my stash…
Love the retro typewriter and these amazing cards using it!! Words matter was so perfect to add as a embossed gold sentiment!
HAD TO GET THIS! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! Where did the “words matter” stamp come from?
Hi Becca the old fashioned retro way how sweet the good old days
when people used to type everything my how things have changed!
The worst part was when you made a mistake and had to correct it
now we can send a text msg from our phone and it can even help us
spell words and get rid of mistakes and send it at the press of a button!
But still think the handwritten word on a nice piece of paper or card is
so lovely to receive no matter the style of writing or the spelling mistakes
takes some beating.
This die set is lovely trust you to come up with it , this die of the month is
truely unique and out of the box you are one of a kind we are blessed
to have you inspire us it is so sweet !
Lucky ladies who will receive it they will love it ?
Hope you are well and your loved ones through these tough times
Hugs Pam XXX Hope all the people on your blog are ok also X
