Clean and Simple Cards Using the Field Notes Collection

Hello! Jen Kotas here today with three cards featuring the Field Notes Collection. This collection includes three die sets, two BetterPress sets, a stamp set and a 3D embossing folder. I kept my cards clean and simple today. The embossing folder adds a lovely texture and design to the background allowing the die cuts and images to shine. I did not have the stamp set to use so I pulled out the Holding Your Heart Sentiments BetterPress Plates and Die Set to use instead. When I first used this set I made lots of extras. Perfect for times like this! Clean and Simple Cards Using the Field Notes Collection, BP-228, S2-411, E3D-106, BP-271
  1. Emboss a 4 x 5 1/4” panel of Alabaster ColorWheel Cardstock with the Field Notes 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to an A2 card base cut from the same cardstock.
  2. Impress the small Lush Ferns BetterPress Plate with Spruce BetterPress Ink on Bisque A2 BetterPress Cotton Card Panel and cut out with the Lens Insert from the Field Notes Tools Etched Dies.
  3. Die cut pieces from Field Notes Tools Etched Dies out of Matte SilverCardstock, Pomegranate, Alabaster, Breeze, Blue Spruce and Raven ColorWheel Cardstock.
  4. Assemble die cuts and adhere to card then adhere sentiment from Holding Your Heart Sentiments BetterPress Plates and Die Set with thin foam squares.

These are very classy and elegant cards that really highlight this beautiful collection (which would work great with the newer Take Note collection or even Crafty Babe collection I believe)! Thanks for the great inspiration.
