Into the Wilderness Collection Inspiration with Jen Kotas

Hello! My name is Jen Kotas and I’m so happy to be on the Spellbinders blog today. I’ve got three cards to share with you made using the new Into Wilderness Collection from Sushma Hegde. This is a beautiful collection of floral and landscape stamps.

I kept these cards very clean and simple to keep the focus on the beautiful flowers.  I love the detail added by the Fluted Classics dies. Had I been planning ahead, I would have made sure I could use them in some way on all three cards.

Layered Wildflowers Scene Card

Stamp the Layered Wildflowers Scene Clear Stamp Set with green, red, orange, and yellow inks. Add blue ink blending to the rest of the cardstock. Die-cut the cardstock with the Medium Rectangle Inner Rim from Fluted Classics Rectangles Etched Dies. Stamp the sentiment from Layered Anemones Clear Stamp Set with blue ink. Die-cut a piece of white cardstock with the Medium Rectangle Outer Rim and Medium Rectangle Insert Die and mount the stamped panel on this with foam tape before adding to a card base. Adhere gems with liquid glue.
