Special Moments Inspiration | Die-Cut Happy Birthday Times Two with Jean

Hello everyone. This is Jean Manis, and I am delighted to be here today. I am sharing two Clean and Simple Birthday cards showcasing the Happy Birthday w/ Numbers Dies, part of the Special Moments Collection by Marisa Job.

Wanting to illustrate the versatility of the die set, I created a card for someone turning 24 and for someone turning 56. For the “24” card, I cut strips of colorful cardstock with a trimmer and die-cut the Happy Birthday circle from black cardstock for high contrast. I adhered the numbers and hearts with liquid adhesive.

For a softer approach on the “56” card, I used patterned papers, gold foil, and vellum. The vellum piece, which adds detail without detracting from the sentiment, was cut with a die in the Miss You Swirl Dies set.

There are many different approaches in which the Happy Birthday w/ Numbers Dies can be used. I hope my projects have inspired you to give the set a try!
