Ink Blended Sunset

Hi stampers, Ilina here today with a simple card using the Cowboy Adventure set along with the Desert Sunset Fancy Die.

To make the card start with a panel of Black Layering Paper (Midnight mix) measuring 4" x 5 1/4" and die cut the Desert Sunset. Next, to make space for the horse image, you will need to cut out the little cactus. Set the die cut panel aside. Next, you will need to cut a panel from Snow Layering Paper measuring 3 3/4" x 5" and create the ink blended background using Rose Madder, Orchid and Grape Juice ink pads and ink blending tool. Once you are satisfied with the results, use the White Iridescent Shimmer Spray to sprinkle few drops to create "starry sky". Let the panel dry.

Once the panel is dry, position the die cut panel on top and position the image and sentiment, so it'll be centered and on the correct spots when they are adhered together. Using the MISTI tool, stamp them few times using Intense Black Ink, to get a nice black image. Since there are few layers of ink, the ink will still be wet and embossable. Emboss with Ultra Fine Embossing powder.

Using Unicorn White Ink stamp the stars on the background. Using foam mounting tape adhere the panel and die cut panel. Adhere it to Black Folded note card.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you are inspired to create something today.
