May My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #3 + Giveaway

Hello and welcome to day 2 of the countdown to the release of the May My Monthly Hero Kit! Release day is Monday, May 4 at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific. A reminder, this month shipping will be delayed. Currently we estimate that shipping will begin May 15. We know you are excited to get your kit and appreciate your patience as we work through delays during this time of COVID-19.

Now let's join Ilina for another look at this day-brightening kit!

Hi everyone, Ilina here. I am starting this Saturday morning with another sneak peek for you using the new My Monthly Hero kit. I combined it with the Sun Background Stencil add-on that will be released also on Monday. Before I move onto my card, I just wanted to say that I am in love with this kit and you won't want to miss it!!!

To make the card start by securing the stencil to a piece of Dove White cardstock measuring 4"x 5 1/4". Using a blending brush, apply Butter Bar and Soft Apricot inks. Remove the stencil and set the panel aside.

Stamp the rainbow and clouds image on Dove White cardstock using Intens-ified Black ink and color using alcohol based markers. Fussy cut. Set aside.

Stamp sentiment and trim to a strip. Assemble your panel and add a few clear enamel dots. Using fun foam, adhere the panel to a Top Folding Dove White notecard.

*** Win a kit before you can buy it *** Just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post. We’ll randomly draw one lucky winner from all the comments left across all countdown posts. The winner will be announced first thing Monday morning, May 4, before the kit launches at 10am Pacific. The more you comment, the more chances to win. Good luck!
