Thank You Dear Friend - Hero Arts

Thank You Dear Friend

One of the newest additions to the Hero Florals line of stamps is the Lavender Bunch set that I'm featuring on my card today. I adore these delicate flowers and they are great for upcoming Spring cards.

I stamped the lavender images with Intens-ified Black Ink and used the coordinating dies to cut out the images. Then I colored in the images with watercolor paints.

Next, I trimmed a piece of Dove White Cardstock to 4" x 5.25" and used a blending brush to apply Splash Reactive Ink. Then I die cut the Victorian Greenhouse Fancy Die from white cardstock and adhered it to the blue panel with Precision Glue.

I stamped the messages with black ink on a strip of white cardstock. I love the simple typewriter font messages in this set --small enough to tuck in any design and not detract from the main images.

Finally, I assembled all these pieces on a Dove White Folded Card and finished it off with a scattering of Purple Enamel Dots.

I hope to see pretty spring florals like this popping up around my yard soon!
