Video: Fun Monster Card using Masking & Ink Blending

Hello, it’s May here with a fun monster card. To create my own scene, I used the Monster Greetings Stamp + Die Combo combining masking and ink blending techniques.

After stamping the sentiment with Intense Black ink, I masked off the areas with some scrap paper and applied Soft Granite ink with mini ink blending tool.

I stamped the image from the Monster Greetings stamp set with Intense Black ink and colored with Copic markers. I finished off my card by popping up the monster die cut with foam tape.

I made a video tutorial showing you how I created my card. I’m also sharing a couple of my failed watercolor cards combining a monster image with florals.

If you are having a problem viewing this video, please try watching it HERE in HD on YouTube.

That’s all for today. Thank you for stopping by! Happy crafting!
