Keep Smiling | Follow Your Heart Card

Hello, Fun Friends! We're happy you're here today! Hopefully you're in the mood to create something so very pretty and perfect to send to a loved one. You know what's even better? You can send something very special and thoughtful using the products we shared with you at our Follow Your Heart event - even though this card ISN'T Valentine's Day themed. We're re-visiting a beautiful color palette we shared with you recently and sending love, heartfelt style.

We're loving these colors as much as we were a few weeks ago and love how it creates something so sweet that is perfect to let someone know you're sending them encouragement. You know what else? You can have some real fun getting inky while you create. Let's see how!

What's more fun than a repeating heart pattern? I don't think there is much of anything! Especially when you're adding our Good Life color palette via ink pads and Dauber Dowel. As you can see, we simply alternated the colors Peaches & Cream, Rustic Rose & Sweet Pear] over a panel of one of our Follow Your Hearts Printed Paper. The typewriter font is just the perfect background!]

Pulling from the color palette we selected Peaches & Cream cardstock and die cut the sweet Baby Envelope Die . When we assemble it, we use the Crease Tool on the score lines to make sure to break down the paper fibers and get a good crease.

Just love the repeating hearts pattern repeating on another element of this card. It's so sweet and really drives home the point! The Bunch of Hearts Die Plate makes the perfect accent for a card or really any paper crafting project] and looks so lovely cut from Rustic Rose cardstock. But do you see the little hearts?

You bet we're using them! They are too cute to just push into the wastebasket! So, we cut the Bunch of Hearts Die Plate with the other colors from our palette. Peaches & Cream, Sweet Pear and Fresh Sage] But, how to adhere these cuties? White Liner Sheets, of course! Trim the White Liner Sheet to the size of the area right behind the hearts and remove one side of the paper backing. Now, pop those little hearts in!

You're now ready to add your stamping and any other bits you like. We chose Fashion Silver we're on a kick!], Silver Sparkle Washi Tape and stamped accents from the All The Feels stamp set. Just so pretty and heartfelt!
