Spring Cardmaking with Rub-Ons | Spellbinders Spring Blessings & Little Leaps Cards
Hello, crafters!! Brenda Noelke here from My PaperCut Creations! I’m so excited to be a guest on the Spellbinders blog today!! I used the Spring Blessings and Little Leaps Rub-Ons to create three beautiful cards!! I haven’t used rub-ons since my scrapbooking days, but those were mainly sentiments and letters!! They’ve come so far!!
My last card features the stunning floral from the Spring Blessings Rub-Ons.
I die-cut a panel of Chiffon cardstock and white cardstock with dies in the Essential Stylish Ovals Die Set. The floral from the Spring Blessings Rub-On Pack was applied to the Chiffon layer, then the two ovals were adhered together with liquid glue.
The sentiment is also included in the Spring Blessing Rub-Ons. I die-cut white and Truffle cardstock with a punch, then applied the sentiment to the white tag. The tags were adhered together, slightly offset. I tied tan and white baker’s twine around the panels three times, threaded it through the holes in the tags, and tied it into a bow. I secured the tags in place with foam squares.
A panel of Sicily cardstock was embossed with the Polka Dot & Posy Duo 3D Embossing Folder. It was trimmed and adhered to an A2 white card base. The ovals were adhered with liquid glue. Fashion Oyster Pearls add a touch of elegance and finish off this card.
You can find more of my work on my blog My PaperCut Creations, or on Instagram @mypapercutcreations!!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!!
Happy crafting!
