A Love Card Bursting with Layers of Hearts

Hello and welcome! Seeka here and today I'm sharing a card featuring the Love & Hearts Fancy Dies. This set includes three loving sentiments and a fun spray of hearts.

I started off by die cutting the sentiment three times, once from Ultra Pink cardstock and twice from white cardstock. Then, I glued the three pieces together with the pink layer on top. I also die cut four sprays of hearts from white cardstock and then set all of these pieces aside.

Next, I die cut two hearts using dies from the Nesting Hearts Infinity Dies set and glued them together. The larger heart is cut from Peony Cardstock and the smaller heart from white cardstock. Then I glued the sentiment onto the heart.

For the background, I used Arctic Ink to stencil two layers of the new January Layering Stencil of the Month. To create two shades of aqua, I simply blended on more ink for more saturated color.

To assemble the card, I used foam tape to adhere the heart, with its sentiment, to the card front. Then I tucked in and adhered four sprays of hearts. To finish, I glued the card front to a card base.

Thank you so much for visiting!
