August My Monthly Hero Countdown + Giveaway: Day 1

Hello and welcome! Today begins the countdown to the release of our August My Monthly Hero Kits. Who's ready to enjoy an outdoor adventure? Stay with us throughout the weekend as our Creative Team shows off projects made with this month’s Classic and Premium Kits. And remember to comment on each and every post – we’ll be giving away a kit on Monday morning, before the kit launches at 1pm Eastern/10 am Pacific.

You will notice that some of the cards feature Premium kit elements, while some stick to the Classic kit. To make it easy for you to distinguish between the two, we've added a gold badge to any project that uses at least one Premium element. You can check out the corresponding blog links below each photo for more details!

We are excited to share more peeks with you, so be sure to come back and see what else the Creative Team has done with this amazing kit!

WIN A KIT BEFORE YOU CAN BUY IT: Just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post. We’ll randomly draw one lucky winner from comments left across all countdown posts on the Hero Arts blog. The winner will be announced first thing Monday morning, August 7, before the kit launches at 10am Pacific. The more you comment, the more chances to win. Good luck!

Manda Leong Johnston,

I love Michelle’s cards! The colours and dimension are fabulous!

Jeanne Beam,

Gorgeous cards! Love the flowers and the trees. Looking forward to seeing the kit.

Cyndi Morris,

I already love this “nature” release! I adore Seeka’s card — I recently moved to Vermont and this is the scene out my window: magnificent mountains and beautiful trees! I can’t wait to see more!

Meghan Kennihan,

I LOVE the tree die! Gorgeous designs with the purple!

Neva H,

Beautiful stand-alone dies and flower stamps.

I love how the Kits from this year have outdoors theme, which could be used together.
