Fa La Llama!

Hello there, Michelle here and today I have a card to share using the Color Layering Fa La Llama stamp set and coordinating Frame Cuts. It is such a fun set and I thought it would make a great winter/holiday card.

I started off by stamping the outline of the llama on to white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. I then coloured the image with Copic Markers and die cut it out with the Color Layering Fa La Llama Frame Cuts. He was then set aside. I took a panel of white cardstock and die cut a circle from it using the Nesting Circle Infinity Dies set to make a window. This was also set aside while I worked on the background.

I took a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock and stamped the sentiments on to this with Versamark Ink. I applied white embossing powder and heat set. I took blue Distress Inks and blended these over the panel and splattered on some water droplets to create interest. I also wiped off any excess ink from the sentiment with a dry cloth.

The panel was added flat to an A2 white card base with tape runner and then the window panel added on top with foam tape. I added the llama with a combination of foam tape and tape runner. To finish off, I added a few snowflake sequins from the Snow & Berry Sequin Mix with liquid glue and added a jewel to the centers for some added sparkle.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, happy stamping!
