Ink Blended Thank You

Hola everyone! Pocono Pam here sharing a card showcasing the Script Thank You stamp.

I created a card inspired by my fellow Creative Team member Ilina Crouse. Did you see her beautiful Glittery Mother's Day card post here on April 11th? Her design and ink blended background inspired me to create a card for this month's Stay Crafty with A Blog Named Hero Challenge: "Blend It Up". The challenge encourages cardmakers to use ink blending – one of my favorite techniques!

On a 4" x 5.25" Deluxe Smooth White cardstock panel, I blended Soft Blossom, Bubble Gum and Grape Juice ink with ink blending brushes. I blended the colors several times until I was happy with the result.

I applied Sea Salt Reactive ink onto the Daisy Mosaic Stencil and lightly spritzed the inked side of the stencil with water and White Iridescent Shimmer Mist. I then gently placed the stencil onto the ink blended panel; held it for a few moments and removed.

Once dried, I stamped Script Thank You with Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink onto the panel and heat set with black sparkle embossing powder.

I adhered the panel onto an A2 card base and sprinkled a few Pink Hero Hues Enamel Dots to complete.

For additional inky inspiration please check out the Stay Crafty with a Blog Named Hero April Challenge. If you want to play along, there is still time to join the challenge. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 1st at 5:00pm PT to be eligible for the giveaway.

Thanks for taking a peek! Have an AMAZING day!
