Skunk Love Birthday Card

Hello, crafty friends! It’s Heather Ruwe here and I have a fun birthday card to share today…

To create this card, I started by stamping an A2 panel of Azalea cardstock with the Mini Hearts Bold Prints background using Azalea ink. Next, I die cut one of the Wood Frame Infinity Dies from Pitch Black cardstock. I cut another one to adhere behind it and add dimension. To create the white panel inside the frame, I applied ink (with the Hero Arts Small Ink Blending Brush) through one of the clouds from the Cloud Pattern stencil using Soft Granite ink. I added some of the Sparkle Clear Lacquer Pen on top to make it sparkle and shine.

I stamped the sentiment and skunk image from the new Skunk Love stamp set using Intens-ified Black ink. I colored in the image with Copic markers and added the Clear Lacquer Pen to the flower centers to add some dimension. I added a strip of Shamrock cardstock along the bottom and adhered the black frame on top. I adhered the entire piece to the stamped background.

I also stamped the flap of the envelope with another image from the Skunk Love stamp set to tie everything together.

Thanks for visiting today!
