You Are The Best Mom

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, so today I’m sharing a card to give you some inspiration in case you still need to make a card for the special day.

I decided to pull out one of my favorite older stamp sets called Flower Garden. This set is full of small floral and leaf images that were perfect for making my foliage cluster in the center of my card. I just started in the center and worked my way out, making sure to use lots of the greenery and leaves around the outer edges.

Once I had my foliage stamped, I used the Luggage Tag Alphabet Frame Cuts to die-cut the word “mom” from the center. I adhered the white stamped panel to a kraft cardbase and then used some foam tape to adhere the letters back in place. I love how the word “mom” pops out of the foliage, but is yet subtle and doesn’t distract from all those gorgeous little flowers.

To compete the sentiment, I added a white heat embossed message from the Thanks Stamp + Cut set. These little message are perfect for adding on to complete a sentiment!

Thanks for stopping by today!
