It is available worldwide. I’m not familiar with New Zealand post codes, perhaps they contain letters or some other characters that the form doesn’t allow? Sorry, I’m not much help. What I do see is that zip code is not a mandatory field, try skipping it when you fill out the form and see if that helps.
I have just sent an email to customer services – I am unable to enter as the form will not accept my New Zealand post code. Is only available to US customers only??

Once you’ve uploaded one photo, close the form and you’ll see the Upload button again. Click it and select another card to upload. Hope this helps!
