Light-Up Hanukkah Card Tutorial with Menorah Lights Stamps and Dies

Hi, crafty friends! Lea Lawson here with you today, creating a festive card that lights up featuring the new Menorah Lights stamp & die set.

Light-Up Hanukkah Card Tutorial with Menorah Lights Stamps and Dies

I’m sharing my step-by-step process in easy-to-follow photos and instructions! Die-cut the outline Menorah from white cardstock, and the inner die from Silver Matte Metallic, Windy, and Gold Glitter Metallic cardstock. Die-cut the outline and inner die together from white cardstock. Adhere the two white layers together, with the outline on top. Adhere the colored diecut pieces to the Menorah, using the outline as a guide. TIP: I find it helpful to use the wax tip pick-up tool from the Handy Tool Set when placing small die-cut pieces. Place an A2-sized panel of Cosmic Sky cardstock into a MISTI stamping platform. Using the diecut frame and Menorah as a guide, place the sentiment at the bottom of the panel. Prep the bottom of the cardstock with anti-static powder, then stamp the sentiment in embossing ink. Cover the stamping in white embossing powder, then melt with a heat gun. Once cooled, wipe away the anti-static powder with a lint-free cloth. Mount the brushed silver frame to the card front using mini foam strips. OPTIONAL: Punch a small hole right below the middle candle flame. Place the battery in the Pear Blossom Press one light, then make sure it works. Adhere the light to shine through the back of the hole you punched in the Menorah candle. Adhere the die-cut Menorah to the card front using mini foam strips. Easy Menorah Light Up Tutorial with Lea Lawson, SDS-233, S5-641, S5-743 Accent with Prism self-adhesive crystals to finish!
